We are looking for an organised, motivated Admin Support Staff Member to join our friendly team. You’ll play an important role in keeping our office running smoothly, supporting day-to-day administration, handling customer queries, and completing basic accounting tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a close-knit business team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete general office administration such as filing, scanning, and document management.
- Process customer purchase orders through MIE, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Create and issue work orders and order acknowledgements.
- Keep logistics information updated weekly.
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the right team members.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Send customers up-to-date sales order reports and inform them of any order delays.
- Process supplier invoices and delivery notes through MIE and Sage.
- Match supplier statements to ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Post and send customer invoices, assist with credit control, and monitor payment terms.
- Basic purchasing for office & consumable materials.
About You
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong I.T skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a methodical approach to work.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
- Experience with Mietrak, Sage, or similar systems is desirable but not essential.
