We are looking for a reliable and proactive People Co-Ordinator to join our customer-focused team, managing varied responsibilities across People administration, recruitment, and data management. Our new Co-Ordinator must thrive within a varied and fast-paced environment whilst completing daily duties to a high level of detail and attention.

In this role, you will help deliver a high quality employee and candidate experience. You will act as the first point of internal and external contact to the People Services department, providing first line resolution to initial queries and support requests.

The role:

  • Be the first point of contact for People and recruitment support
  • Manage shared People and Careers inboxes
  • Maintain data in People and ATS systems, ensuring the data is correct and up to date
  • Ensuring compliant and auditable processes are administered to ensure the department is acting in line with legal requirements, including liaison with payroll, monitoring VISA's and DBS', and completing regular data cleansing and quality assurance checks
  • Processing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment; amendment to contracts; secondments; to leaver process
  • Responsible for vacancies within the ATS, taking ownership of roles and the recruitment process
  • Support in the delivery of recruitment and careers events
  • Promote equality, diversity and inclusion throughout all processes

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience maintaining People systems and inputting employee data accurately
  • Experience working to tight deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience providing excellent customer service to employees or managers
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to other sites

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of completing compliance checks (e.g. DBS and Right to Work)
  • Experience of working in a multi-site, regulated or housing/care environment
  • Good understanding of People processes and the employee lifecycle
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or qualified by experience to a similar level
  • Previous experience in a People team function
