As a Housing Apprentice, you’ll be right at the heart of our operations—supporting teams, engaging with customers, and gaining hands-on experience in a busy and friendly office environment. You’ll play a vital role in helping our services run smoothly and efficiently while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver excellent customer service, answering queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Support key administrative tasks, such as appointment booking, data entry, and document handling
  • Help manage tenancy support services, assisting with lettings, rent queries, and resident requests
  • Use IT systems to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient communication
  • Learn how to guide people through debt relief options, grant applications, and financial planning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to improve service delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • GCSE’s Grade 4 and above in English and Maths, or the equivalent is essential
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • The ability to stay organised and on top of tasks

  • A friendly, proactive mindset and a passion for supporting others
  • A commitment to regular attendance and personal development
  • Full UK driving licence or willingness to work towards obtaining one
