Springwood is a ShireLiving service that offers people over the age of 55 a home for life where they can live independently with the additional reassurance that our team are on-site for 24 hours a day offering safety and security for all of our tenants. Our catering teams support our tenants by delivering a breakfast and lunch service, where they are required to prepare and manage a team who serve nutritious and delicious meals that meets our customers varying needs. Joining our team, a Chef Manager you will play a vital role in promoting and enabling inclusivity, individuality and independence through respectfully supporting our tenants who lead active lives exploring their interests.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who hold an NVQ Level 3 in Catering who demonstrate the behaviours that underpin our organisational values, to ensure that the services to our customers are excellent.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check.
