We're looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join us as a Carpenter Apprentice — someone who’s ready to learn, grow, and help keep our homes safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with a variety of carpentry and maintenance tasks on occupied and unoccupied properties
  • Learn how to plan work, gather materials, and keep everything running smoothly
  • Communicate with tenants and customers in a polite, professional manner
  • Use tools, technology, and safety equipment the right way – we’ll show how
  • Support the team with admin and record-keeping using digital systems
  • Gain skills that set you up for a long-term career in the trade

What We’re Looking For:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 3 (D) or above (or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Good communication and a team mindset
  • Reliability and a real sense of pride in your work
  • A passion for helping people and solving problems
  • Ideally working towards a full UK driving licence
