Hours/Contract: 24 hours per week / Permanent

Walkers Wood has 76 Apartments where we support 12 Apartments in a secure location of the building for individuals with a diagnosis of Dementia and also support 17 individuals with a variety of needs. We support with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, domestic support, social and shopping.
