Wrekin Housing Group is seeking a Building Assistant to help maintain and operate our buildings, ensuring safety, compliance and a welcoming environment for residents and staff. The role is 36 hours per week, permanent, based at one of several locations in Shrewsbury, Wombourne or Stafford.
You'll carry out safety checks, assist with minor repairs, manage records and coordinate with contractors. A practical trade background and a full UK driving licence are required.
