At Norton Avenue, we provide a diverse range of care to individuals with learning and physical disabilities along with safety, security and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their personal needs. Here at Norton Avenue, which is rated ‘Good’ by CQC, we support 6 individuals with learning disabilities within their own homes. We support with all aspects of daily living including preparing meals, financial support, social engagement, shopping support, appointments and activity support, as well as administering medication and domestic support.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate that they uphold our values, to ensure that the services to our customers are excellent. As a Support Worker, you will bring the below values and behaviours:
