The role: Bank Support Workers across our Schemes provide a diverse range of care to individuals with learning and physical disabilities along with safety, security and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their personal needs. Our vibrant communities thrive on connection and joy, offering activities tailored to what our residents love most. The roles and responsibilities as a Bank Support Worker include supporting our tenants with all aspects of daily living including preparing meals, financial support, social engagement, shopping support, appointments and activity support, as well as administering medication and domestic support. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate the behaviours that underpin our organisational values, to ensure that the services to our customers are excellent. As a Bank Support Worker, you will be required to display the following values and behaviours:
