As an Estates Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our estates are safe, well-maintained, and welcoming places for customers. You will lead the delivery of estate services by carrying out regular inspections, maintaining high standards, and identifying and resolving any issues that impact customer satisfaction.

You will oversee the effective delivery of services across your remit, ensuring contracts are managed efficiently and services are delivered on time and to a high standard. As part of the wider leadership team, you will contribute to the management of green spaces, communal areas, and community facilities, supporting the successful delivery of our organisational priorities.

We are seeking a confident leader with strong operational experience and a commitment to service excellence. You will bring:

  • Experience managing teams delivering one or more of the following services: Grounds Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Cleaning (essential)
  • Proven experience handling and resolving customer complaints (essential)
  • Experience managing external contractors and service partners (highly desirable)
  • A relevant degree or working towards one (highly desirable)
  • Membership of, or working towards, a relevant professional body (highly desirable)

We can offer 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 31 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period.
