Plumbing Apprentice – Build a Career That Makes a Real Difference!

Location: Telford

Hours: 36 hours per week

Salary: £10.58 per hour

Contract Type: Apprenticeship, 4 year fixed-term contract

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Learn the Plumbing trade from the ground up – from fixing taps to installing heating systems
  • Assist in maintaining and improving homes for our residents
  • Work on a range of plumbing tasks in both occupied and empty properties
  • Communicate kindly and clearly with customers
  • Keep things safe, tidy, and professional – every day

What We’re Looking For:

  • Maths and English (or equivalent) at GCSE 4 or above
  • Someone reliable, curious, and eager to learn
  • A great communicator who’s respectful and professional
  • A team player who’s not afraid to get stuck in
  • A positive person with a can-do attitude
  • Someone working towards or already holding a full UK driving licence (if age-appropriate)
  • Bonus if you’ve had a bit of experience in construction or maintenance work

  • 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period.
