As a Business Administrator Apprentice within the People Services Team, you will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality, customer‑focused and right‑first‑time people service across the Organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Your primary focus will be supporting the People Development and Culture function – ensuring learning is effectively coordinated, accurately recorded, and audit‑ready, while promoting a culture of continuous development across the Group.
  • You will also provide administrative support with the wider People Services, including HR system updates, onboarding activities, and first‑line query handling.
  • Acting as a first point of contact, you will deliver a responsive, professional, and solution‑focused service to colleagues and managers, working collaboratively with stakeholders to embed continuous learning and model the team’s behaviours.
