The predicted salary is between 25726 - 25726 £ per year.
We are looking for an individual who can undertake high quality grounds maintenance and landscaping duties across the Group’s portfolio of properties.
You will be expected to:
- Use a variety of machinery, equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Perform tasks such as: Grass cutting, Pruning shrubs and plants, Weeding, General garden and grounds upkeep.
- Work to a high standard of quality and professionalism.
- Follow all relevant health and safety procedures.
What You will Need:
- A full, clean driving licence.
- Ability and confidence to drive a 35cwt pick-up vehicle.
- Relevant horticultural knowledge and practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong people skills, including a tactful and professional approach when dealing with tenants.
- The ability to show empathy and understanding of the organisation's social purpose and values.
- Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS Check.
Desirable Requirements:
- A pesticide application licence (e.g., PA1/PA6).
- Experience and qualification to tow trailers.
