Would you like to work in a supportive team that values each individual’s contribution?

We are seeking to appoint Exam Invigilators to support the Lead Invigilator with the day-to-day operation of examination venues and processes. Invigilation will be offered on a casual basis (dependent on examination periods). Hours of employment will vary greatly throughout examination periods. Exact dates and times will be agreed prior to each examination session and will be dependent on the work available and the availability of the applicant.

Working under the guidance of the Lead Exam Invigilator and Examinations Officer, the role will involve supervision of students who are undertaking examinations at various times during the academic year.

We are looking for a calm, approachable and punctual individual, with a flexible attitude and good communication skills.

The ability to carry out instructions given by the Examination Officer and in accordance with the Examination Boards instructions is essential to the role. However, no previous experience is required as full training will be given.

The ideal candidate will:
