Overview
The Vacancy WRc, a member of RSK Group, are looking for Leakage Technicians to join their team in Swindon on a full-time (42.5 hours per week), permanent basis.
You must have a full UK Driving License with the ability to drive a 3.5-tonne medium wheelbase van. This is a physically demanding position in which you will mainly travel daily from our Swindon office into London to conduct work; however there will be times when working away nationally and occasionally internationally is required.

The role will involve assisting in carrying out our pipeline inspection surveys, helping insert our cutting edge technology systems for your colleagues to analyse back in the office. All tools and equipment will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver clean and dirty water projects in line with business requirements and customer expectations.
- Ensure projects are undertaken in a safe and environmentally responsible manner to cost, time and quality in line with company standards and procedures.
- Work with the planner to ensure any changes to the schedule are communicated to all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintaining in company and Client requirements for Health and Safety.
Person Specification
- A full UK Driving License with the ability to drive a 3.5-tonne medium wheelbase van.
- The desire to work outdoors in all weather.
- Construction background would be an advantage but not essential.
- Good level of communication and knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Good level of fitness to cope with a physically demanding job.
- Happy to work away once a month for a period of time.
- The ability to cover night work/weekend work.
Salary and Benefits
- Up to £38,000 dependant on experience plus £8,000 – £10,000 in potential overtime earnings
