We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Assurance and Strategic Advisor to lead the development and growth of WRc\’s technical assurance services in the UK and internationally, with a particular focus on the Middle East and European markets.

The role will include international travel, especially in the Middle East working at our site in Oman.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in the water sector, with experience in both regulatory and water utility sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client relationship development in the UK and internationally, focusing on the Middle East and Europe.
  • Providing leadership within WRc, fostering a creative and compassionate community.
  • Delivering projects to high standards within budgets and timelines, ensuring positive client feedback.
  • Managing staff directly and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for continuity of work.
