Wray Engineering (Lisburn) Ltd is seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder/ Site Fitter to join our workforce. We are a small steel fabrication company based in Hillsborough supplying and fitting gates, railings, handrails, access ladders, and structural steel.
Hours of Work:
- 5-day week (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 2 PM
Wage: Competitive rates of pay
Purpose of the Position:
As a Fabricator Welder, you will cut materials to size, fabricate and clean metal components efficiently, adhering to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper handling of machine products and tooling at all times.
- Produce components that meet quality standards and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Work with hand-built fabrications to achieve a high level of accuracy.
- Fabricate complex metal assemblies according to engineering specifications.
- Operate a forklift as needed.
- Install fabricated parts on site.
