Inna Care is seeking Recruiters with full-cycle recruiting experience, including talent sourcing, attracting candidates, interviewing, and hiring. We supply staff to the NHS through various framework agreements and have offices across the UK. The role involves placing Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHP).
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in hiring top-tier sales talent within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Collaboration with department managers and proactive identification of future hiring needs are essential. Candidates should be adept at attracting applicants via social media, referrals, and other sources. A background in HR, along with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, is preferred.
The main goal is to attract, hire, and retain the best employees, while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Placing Allied Healthcare Professionals such as doctors, physiotherapists, radiographers, paramedics, and pharmacists into locum roles.
- Ensuring all applicants are fully compliant.
- Updating the computer database daily.
- Achieving team metrics and financial objectives.
- Networking to find suitable candidates.
