Location: London with hybrid working
Hybrid working: You will be able to work from home or the office and come into the office to collaborate with your team(s) when required. We have flexible core hours, and we don’t believe in a culture of presenteeism. We will discuss what is important to you and to us during the recruitment process.
Salary & Benefits: £68,850 + 10% pension, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, 35 hour working week, up to 13 flexi-days, private medical insurance, life assurance, and much more!

The role: In this role you will transform WRAP’s reputation among businesses, philanthropy and government in the UK, EU, Americas and around the world to attract the funding we need and deliver the impact we want.
In This Role, You Will:
- Make WRAP a leading player in the civic, business and policy discussion around circularity in the UK and provide the thinking and materials to do this in the EU and in the US.
- Develop thought leadership and influencing strategies that inspire senior decision makers to want to collaborate with WRAP.
- Create campaigns that persuade them to make the choices and decisions that will advance circularity in all the ways WRAP wants.
- Lead WRAP’s global marketing team, events team, press and social team and in-country communications specialists to maximise their individual and collective performance, fulfilment and development.
