Hybrid working: You will be able to work from home or the office and come into the office to collaborate with your team(s) when required. We have flexible core hours, and we don’t believe in a culture of presenteeism.
Salary & Benefits: £36,600 to £40,000 depending on experience + 10% pension, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, 35 hour working week, up to 13 flexi-days, private medical insurance, life assurance, and much more!

The role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will create, execute, and optimise digital marketing activity that raises awareness, drives behaviour change and delivers measurable results among citizens at scale. You will collaborate extensively to execute WRAP's digital marketing plans, using data-driven insights to continuously enhance activity performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Create and execute impactful content plans across all digital channels.
- Manage and optimise organic and paid search and social campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Be knowledgeable of digital technology and content trends, generate actionable insights from digital marketing activity to improve outcomes.
- Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance through relevant KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will:
- Have a good understanding of all digital B2C marketing channels and tools including CRM, social media, web content, SEO and paid ads, and how to analyse results and learn from testing.
- Be able to craft compelling communication for diverse audiences, including use of e.g. Canva, Adobe Express.
- Be able to work at pace, turning around multiple activities and initiatives simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
