Job type: Fixed-term contract, 12 months
Location: Banbury, London, Cardiff, or Belfast – you will be contractually based in the office nearest to you with hybrid working.
Hybrid working: You will be able to work from home and come into the office to collaborate with your team(s) when required. We have flexible core hours, and we don’t believe in a culture of presenteeism. We will discuss what is important to you during the recruitment process.
Salary & Benefits: £38,300 + 10% pension, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, 35-hour working week, up to 13 flexi-days, private medical insurance, life assurance, and much more!

The role

As our Standards Support Manager you will play a vital role in supporting the development and launch of an exciting new suite of Circular Living Standards by WRAP. This role reports directly to the Program Lead and will have responsibility for managing certification bodies, resource and budget planning, supporting the development of the governance model and effective project management. You will also meet regularly with partners and external stakeholders across different time zones.

  • Management of the relationship with Certification Bodies; this includes recruitment, onboarding, development of reporting and auditing systems for ensuring compliance to our Standards, supporting development of the financial reporting system and ensuring all policies and procedures related to Certification Bodies are available and up to date.
  • Manage the development and implementation of the standard operating system by liaising with team members to write processes and policies for the governance model of the Standards program.
  • Project planning, manage project delivery through using PM tools such as Asana and ensuring the project timelines and milestones are adjusted and kept up to date.
  • Supporting other key delivery tasks, such as researching events for marketing and launch plan, minor amends to the Standards webpages and keeping these up to date, support with creation of marketing materials for Certification bodies.
  • Deputise for the Program Lead when required.

What are we looking for?

You Will Bring

  • Demonstrable project management skills and experience, especially using project management tools such as Asana.
  • Provide key relationship management and ensure the development and maintenance of good relationships with the Certification Bodies and other relevant organisations.
  • Experience of reporting and auditing within a regulated environment, tracking progress, monitoring performance and reporting.
  • Resource forecasting and utilising a CRM system.
