Wrangu is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our UK Team. You'll lead the technical delivery of SIR and VR implementations for global clients, working as a trusted advisor and mentor to junior consultants across a growing UK portfolio. It's a hands‑on role that requires both deep platform expertise and strong client‑facing skills.
Day to day you’ll:
- Lead technical delivery of SecOps implementations, with a focus on SIR and VR modules
- Run client workshops (onsite and remote) to understand challenges and co‑design solutions
- Translate requirements into scalable platform configurations aligned to ServiceNow best practices and Now Create methodology
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing clear direction and risk guidance to clients
- Mentor and oversee Technical Consultants, maintaining quality across agile project delivery
- Drive documentation, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
You’ll need:
- UK residency and eligibility for Security Clearance (SC) – eligibility is what matters and we’ll support the process
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- At least one Implementation Specialist certification in SIR or VR
- Solid hands‑on experience in ServiceNow consulting, ideally client‑facing (typically 3+ years in platform work)
- Hands‑on configuration and scripting skills (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies)
- Deep subject matter knowledge in Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response
- Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Comfortable managing priorities across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
