SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Software Developer to develop Command and Control software for autonomous naval vessels. Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Fix bugs and other issues with software.
  • Add/update/improve functionality and user interface and controls.
  • Support demonstrations and exercises, as needed.
  • Interface with customer in regards to tasking, objectives, and deliverables.

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences, and/or Computer Science.
  • Three (3)+ years of experience developing computer code and software.
  • One (1)+ year of experience developing computer code and software using C++ language.
  • Experience using JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Angular.
  • Understanding of integration between software and hardware elements.

Position Salary Range: $80,000 - $118,000. The listed salary range represents the typical range for this position. WR bases the offered salary on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, knowledge, and skills, scope and responsibilities of the position, and market and business considerations.
