SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to support material and equipment movement, inventory management, and government property accountability in a fast-paced production and engineering environment.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support logistics activities including shipping and receiving, material procurement, material movement, equipment tracking, inventory management, and status reporting.
- Perform and validate accurate transactions within the Inventory Data System (IDS) while maintaining strict material accountability in accordance with company policies and government property requirements.
- Coordinate and execute picking, kitting, and Job Order (JO) support activities.
- Deliver LRIP kits to production floors in accordance with production and build schedules.
- Pull parts and materials to support engineering, research and development (R&D), and troubleshooting activities.
- Execute Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) transactions to ensure compliance, accurate recordkeeping, and proper government property reporting.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Seven (7)+ years of full-time professional experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, or material control; or five (5)+ years of experience with an Associate's degree in lieu of the additional experience.
- Experience using inventory management databases and generating DD Form 1149 documentation.
- Experience with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) for government property accountability and procurement tracking.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000. The listed salary range represents the typical range for this position. WR bases the offered salary on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, knowledge, and skills, scope and responsibilities of the position, and market and business considerations.
