Summary
WR has a need for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of advanced naval electronic systems, ensuring mission-critical performance, durability, and operational reliability in maritime environments.
What You’ll Do
- Using considerable experience and judgment, independently designs electronic circuits, components and integrated systems, utilizing ferroelectric, nonlinear, dielectric, phosphorescent, photo-conductive, and thermoelectric properties of materials.
- Provides technical direction to less experienced personnel and has considerable input on new design directions.
- Independently consults with clients to gather information about program needs, objectives, functions, features and overall requirements.
- Provides considerable technical assistance and leadership to other electrical engineers.

Must have qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics or related discipline.
- Ten (10)+ years of experience in Electronics, to include: Systems/Equipment design, Test and Evaluation support of C4ISR requirements.
- Five (5)+ years of technical experience in support of the design and development of DoD Systems with at least one (1) of the following specialized areas:
- Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
- Interface protocols (I/O)
- Digital design using state-of the art microprocessors
- Analog, power, and/or RF design
