You will be responsible for managing export sea freight shipments from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high levels of customer service at all times. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling full-cycle export sea freight shipments (FCL & LCL)
- Liaising with customers, shipping lines, and overseas agents
- Preparing and checking export documentation (Bills of Lading, customs paperwork, etc.)
- Booking shipments and coordinating with carriers
- Monitoring shipment progress and providing regular updates
- Managing any issues, delays, or changes proactively
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
