The Role:
We\’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to lead a team of 20 colleagues in our fast-paced food picking warehouse.

You\’ll drive performance, ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and service.

What You\’ll Do:

Lead, motivate, and develop your team to hit KPIs

Plan and allocate resources effectively

Promote a strong customer service and continuous improvement culture

Monitor performance and take corrective action where needed

Uphold all Health & Safety and hygiene standards

About You:

Experienced people leader within warehouse or logistics operations

Strong organisational and coaching skills

Calm under pressure with a hands-on approach

Excellent communicator and team motivator
