The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to lead a team of 20 colleagues in our fast-paced food picking warehouse. You’ll drive performance, ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and service.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to hit KPIs
- Plan and allocate resources effectively
- Promote a strong customer service and continuous improvement culture
- Monitor performance and take corrective action where needed
- Uphold all Health & Safety and hygiene standards
