Transport Planner in Bristol

Transport Planner required for Sunday Times Top 250 Logistics company based at Avonmouth.

Transport Planner would suit an individual who has gained some UK Transport Planning experience – ideally in Multi Drop or an individual looking for a long term career with an excellent employer with the right attitude.

Transport Planner Package:

Salary £26K – £31K
Bonus – twice yearly
Hours : Monday to Friday – week 1 07:00 – 16:00 and week 2 10:00 – 19:00
Group Personal Pension Plan to 5%.
Up to 25 days holiday

The Role:

The Transport Planner will be responsible for the effective movement and delivery of 10 multi drop vehicles in the South West – managing drivers for 5-15 drops per day and will provide administration support for the Transport and Warehouse Department, organising delivery and collection schedules and co-ordinating the operation of the fleet vehicles, complying with all necessary controls and procedures, whilst offering a high standard of customer care.
