Your Role:

• Manage multiple customer import bookings (sea and air freight, including FCL/LCL).
• Liaise with co-loaders and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations.
• Track shipments, resolve delays or issues, and manage cross-trade bookings.
• Maintain accurate booking data and communicate updates to clients and suppliers.
• Prepare customs clearance templates for agents and close jobs to customer satisfaction.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years\’ experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently while following guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, with great attention to detail.
