Location: West Midlands, UK (Field Based)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer sites (4-5 days per week) to assess industrial cleaning requirements
  • Evaluate scope of work and determine technical and commercial viability
  • Identify suitable solutions including jetting, tank cleaning, confined space works and chemical decontamination
  • Follow up leads, arrange visits, and manage the sales process from start-to-finish
  • Liaise with operations and technical teams to ensure compliance and easy handover for work required for new customers

Requirements:

  • Background in industrial cleaning, hazardous waste, or industrial services
  • Previous sales, business development, or client-facing commercial experience
  • Understanding of high-risk industrial environments and site-based work
  • Knowledge of jetting and/or confined space work (training or licences advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to work in a field-based role
