The Role
- Collection and transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous materials using a Class 1 curtain-sided vehicle
- Ensuring all loads are handled, secured, and transported in line with ADR and safety regulations
- Completing relevant documentation accurately and efficiently
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service at collection and delivery points
- Occasional nights out in a sleeper cab
- Manual handling involved, including lifting drums (up to 25kg)
What We're Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence - no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN, TT, CD codes)
- ADR licence (preferred, but training can be provided)
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience in a similar driving role
- Strong understanding of road safety and compliance
