A growing, independently owned freight forwarder is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth across air and sea freight operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven freight professional who understands both the operational and sales side of the industry and is looking to join a business with a strong customer-first approach and genuine room to make an impact.

The Role
- You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while also managing and growing existing customer relationships.
- This is a hands-on commercial role suited to someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships and understands the day-to-day realities of freight forwarding.
- The position will involve:
- Generating new business across air & sea freight services
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts
