My client is offering a fantastic package for the right person to play a key role in supporting production operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring optimal plant performance. The right candidate will be an experienced Chemical Engineer, degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams across core plant operations.
- Monitor and optimise crushing, grinding, and kiln performance to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Analyse process performance (including heat transfer, mass balances, and process design) to identify improvements.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
- Assist with projects, contractor coordination, plant shutdowns, and commissioning activities while maintaining safety standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
- 3-4 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge with a hands-on, analytical approach
- Experience managing or contributing to projects
- Commercial awareness beneficial
