Position: Sea freight Pricing Operator Location: Burton-On-Trent Salary: £36,000 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 9:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday (hybrid 2 days from home) Are you a freight forwarding professional with experience providing sea freight pricing solutions for key customers? Do you have experience dealing with sea freight operations including pricing, obtaining quotes and rates direct from shipping lines and carriers? If so, this may be the right opportunity for you! Sea Freight Pricing Operator Role: The key focus of this role is to deliver support to UK Seafreight Product supporting Seafreight Senior Management with maintenance and distribution of cost pricing and efficient delivery of sales pricing to relevant stakeholders Key Tasks and Responsibilities will include: Liaise with customers, other offices including overseas (internally and externally), agents, shipping lines and hauliers. To be the first point of contact and to action all incoming calls from all internal/external customers.
