The Role
As an Ocean Export Operator, you'll take ownership of end-to-end export shipments, ensuring customers receive a seamless, efficient service from booking through to final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Managing full load (FCL) export shipments from start to finish
- Liaising with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents and hauliers
- Preparing and checking export documentation
- Coordinating bookings and ensuring all milestones are met
- Providing exceptional customer service and proactive shipment updates
- Ensuring compliance with customs and international shipping regulations
- Resolving operational issues quickly and professionally
About You
- Previous experience managing Ocean export shipments within freight forwarding
