Our client is seeking a Road Freight Forwarder to manage and coordinate both import and export operations across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage groupage, part load, and full load road freight operations across Europe.
  • Handle temperature-controlled shipments and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
  • Provide competitive spot quotes, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Process bookings, input orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth shipment progress.
  • Oversee invoicing procedures, including supplier invoice verification.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in road freight forwarding.
  • Experience with imports and exports.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures (preferred).
  • Strong customer relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
