What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Forwarder, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics for complex shipments, including high-value or out-of-gauge cargo. You’ll coordinate across various transport modes to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of project cargo worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project shipments via air, sea, and road, often involving abnormal loads or specialist equipment
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and overseas agents to arrange transport solutions tailored to project requirements
- Handle all relevant documentation, including customs clearance, transport permits, and shipping manifests
- Monitor shipments closely to ensure on-time delivery and proactively manage any issues
- Use freight forwarding and tracking software to manage the logistics process
- Work closely with internal departments to maintain a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
