The Role
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Working live roles with existing clients to hit the ground running
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates via telephone
- Proactively marketing candidates to employers
- Writing job adverts and screening applications
- Building and owning your own client portfolio
- Working to clear sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
