A nationally recognised logistics and supply chain business is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team at their key site in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in operational excellence within a fast-paced and well-structured network.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of operational strategies, ensuring service efficiency, compliance, and team leadership are consistently achieved. You will be a key driver of performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and warehousing operations across the Tamworth site
