What you\’ll be doing: Manage ocean import shipments from origin to final delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and resolving issues promptly. Invoice and cost files accurately and on time. Select and negotiate with carriers/service providers to maximise profitability. Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients and suppliers. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to business development. Ensure all operational procedures and company standards are followed. What we\’re looking for: Proven experience in ocean import freight forwarding or a similar logistics role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Commercial awareness and confidence managing profit margins.
