The Role You'll be responsible for coordinating international freight movements across road, sea and air, managing shipments from booking through to delivery and ensuring customers receive a high level of service. Key responsibilities include: Managing road, sea and air freight shipments from start to finish. Arranging collections, deliveries and transport bookings. Liaising with customers, hauliers, carriers, shipping lines and overseas agents. Preparing and checking import/export documentation. Coordinating customs clearance requirements. Tracking shipments and keeping customers updated. Managing operational issues and delays proactively. Processing shipment documentation, invoices and system updates.
