The Role
You'll be responsible for managing import shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Preparing accurate quotations for clients
- Managing import shipments across air, road, and ocean freight
- Liaising with carriers, contractors, and internal teams
- Costing jobs and raising invoices
- Maintaining accurate records and managing your own workload
- Supporting warehouse operations when required
Key requirements:
- Experience in import operations (air, road, ocean, or customs) is desirable, but not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
