The Role
- Manage full-cycle seafreight export shipments from booking through to final delivery
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, and hauliers
- Prepare and process export documentation (B/Ls, customs entries, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with all export regulations and procedures
- Provide high levels of customer service, handling queries and updates
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues
