We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Operations Manager to join a leading drainage service provider at their Warrington site. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‐on operations professional with strong drainage knowledge to play a key role in managing daily operations and leading a small team of engineers.

The Role

As Drainage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day‐to‐day running of operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting site visits and preparing quotations

  • Sourcing materials and equipment

Essential Requirements

  • Previous operations management experience
  • Strong drainage industry experience (jetting, CCTV surveys, and general drainage knowledge is essential)
  • Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations
  • Full UK driving licence
