We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Operations Manager to join a leading drainage service provider at their Warrington site. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‐on operations professional with strong drainage knowledge to play a key role in managing daily operations and leading a small team of engineers.
The Role
As Drainage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day‐to‐day running of operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The package
- Competitive salary up to £45,000
- Company car / car allowance
- Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting site visits and preparing quotations
- Managing and overseeing a small team of drainage engineers
- Managing daily operations and responding to on‐site issues
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs
- Carrying out regular van checks
- Sourcing materials and equipment
- Supporting engineers and ensuring operational efficiency
Essential Requirements
- Previous operations management experience
- Strong drainage industry experience (jetting, CCTV surveys, and general drainage knowledge is essential)
- Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Full UK driving licence
