The Role
As a Sea Freight Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing import shipments from origin through to final delivery. Working closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams, you'll ensure smooth and efficient handling of consignments while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end sea freight shipments (FCL & LCL)
- Liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines, and customers
- Handling customs documentation and compliance processes
- Monitoring shipments and providing regular updates

- Supporting continuous improvement within operations
About You
- Previous experience in sea freight imports (essential)
