Are you an experienced European Road Freight Coordinator looking to join one of the UK's most respected and well-established international freight forwarding businesses?

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end European Road Import and Export shipments, ensuring customers receive a first-class service from collection through to final delivery.

Responsibilities

Coordinate European road freight import and export shipments.

Arrange collections, deliveries and groupage/full load movements.

Liaise with customers, hauliers, overseas partners and customs teams.

Prepare and process all relevant transport documentation.

Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates.

Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.

Ensure all movements comply with customs and transport regulations.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within European Road Freight.

Import and Export experience.

Freight forwarding background.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments.

Customs knowledge would be advantageous.
