We are seeking a hands-on, driven Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and operational teams from our Kilmarnock site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful international organisation recognised for excellence across its industry - Food. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take ownership of warehouse operations, stock management, goods-in processes, transport coordination and team performance, ensuring exceptional service levels and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading day-to-day warehouse and operational activities.
  • Driving performance across stock control, picking, goods-in and logistics.
  • Building strong relationships with internal departments and key external partners.
  • Developing, motivating and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Ensuring operational KPIs, service standards and Health & Safety requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
