An established international logistics provider is looking for a commercially driven Inside Sales and Pricing Executive to join its close-knit Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with B2B sales, freight quotations or logistics experience who enjoys identifying opportunities, preparing competitive solutions and turning customer potential into profitable business. You will work closely with sales, pricing, operations and marketing colleagues in a supportive environment where your ideas are valued and you can build a long-term career.

What You Will Do

  • Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities by telephone, email and digital channels
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and customer enquiries
  • Prepare spot quotations, FCL rates and competitive freight solutions
  • Follow up quotations and support the conversion of opportunities into new business
  • Maintain an accurate and well-managed sales pipeline
  • Keep CRM records, opportunities and forecasts up to date
  • Work with sales, pricing, product and operations teams to develop suitable customer solutions
  • Support the smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Use customer insights, market information and sales data to identify opportunities for profitable growth
  • Identify cross-selling, retention and account-development opportunities
  • Support both new-business development and growth within the existing customer base

What You Will Bring

  • Two to three years of relevant experience in B2B sales, inside sales, freight quotations or a similar commercial role
  • Freight forwarding or logistics experience is strongly preferred
  • A relevant third-level qualification is desirable, although equivalent commercial experience will also be considered
  • An understanding of air, ocean and road freight products, or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly
  • The confidence to prospect, qualify opportunities and sell through telephone, email and digital channels
  • Good commercial awareness, including an understanding of pricing, margins and gross profit
  • Strong questioning, active-listening, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • A customer-focused and professional approach
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • The motivation to work independently and deliver against agreed targets
  • Good CRM discipline and strong general IT skills
  • Confidence using digital sales tools, customer platforms and AI-enabled technology
  • An analytical approach to sales data, customer feedback and market intelligence
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively across different teams
