This is a rare opportunity to create, lead and scale a brand-new Retail Media business within a large, successful, family-owned multinational organisation.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you ll have genuine ownership of a high-profile new business unit, with responsibility for building the commercial model, developing supplier partnerships, leading a specialist team and turning an initial concept into a nationally scaled, high-margin revenue stream.

The opportunity This is much more than an established Retail Media management role.

You ll be joining at the beginning of the journey and have the opportunity to shape the strategy, build the team, establish the proposition and define how Retail Media operates across the business.

You ll take the initiative from pilot and proof-of-concept through to national rollout, working with major FMCG brands and senior stakeholders to unlock significant incremental supplier-funded revenue.
